For the E-ZINE 13 we had to fit in a neoprene dress to live an adventure follwing the course of the river at the Font Major Cave in L’Espluga del Francolí. A real experience! If you have children older than 8 years, we recommend you to take your chance: it will be very fun! And for those of you who prefer to see the water from a distance, we propose a walk from the Llarga Beach to the Roca Plana Beach passing through Tarragona’s Marquesa forest. You will discover a place with spectacular views! And after the promenade, enjoy of a great paella at the Mirall d’Estiu restaurant.

And now that we are in Lent period, it’s a good moment to discover Ulldemolins omelet with Juice, a dish that years ago substitute meat during Lent. The Second Sunday of March this village celebrates a gastronomic meeting with this typical dish of the Priorat as protagonist.

If you are looking for indoor activities, you can enjoy of the show Estrambòtic at the Caixa Tarragona’s auditorium. You will enjoy of five fantastic stories full of humor. Finally, as the link of the week we propose a story in English so that the young children can practice their vocabulary in an amusing way.
