La Pineda (Vila-seca), Tarragonès

About the place:

If you think that your youngest kids are not going to enjoy the water parks, you have not been yet  in the Aquopolis of La Pineda. There is a castle with small toboggans, water guns and wells where accompanied by the adults they can play until they are all wrinkled of being in the water! And for the sea lovers, there is the swimming pool of waves. The children can jump for hours trying to escape from them.

And if your kids are a little older and measure more than 1,2m, the adventures are more extreme. They’ll find soft toboggans where you can go all together. Until six persons can descent together and compete who screams most. And if you prefer to proof your skills, you have a swimming pool full of nets, zip-lines, etc. And what about experiencing how to go down a river with an inflatable? And if you want a little more tension, go to the black hole, a sensation of non-stop falling during 100 m in the dark!

And to rest a while, you can enjoy the show of dolphins. It’s the moment of the "oooh and aah"... the agility and the jumps of the animals are surprising. And if you like the aquatic animals, enjoy of an experience with the sea lions. You will enter in the water and they will swim around you so that you touch to them. An unique moment!

Timetable:

Dolphins: open every Sunday at 12:00 during all year. Water park: May and June from 11:00 to 17:00; July and August: from 10:30 to 19:00. From the 1/09 to 20/09: from 11:00 to 18:00. From 21/09 to 9/10: from 11:00 to 17:00.

Price:

Water park + dolphins: from 0 to 90 cm: free; from 90 to 1,4m: 17,95 €; higher than 1,4m: 23,95€. Year bonus between 91€ and 320€ depending on the number of persons. Dolphin park: from 0 to 3 years: free; from 4 to 10 years: 7,5€; from 11 years on: 10,5€.

Lunch tips:

The facilities have a self service with a menu of 11,8€ and fast food restaurants. There are different picnic zones where you will be able to enjoy the lunch that you have brought from home (it is forbidden to enter cans and glass recipients).

In the event of rain and or bad weather, the entry fee will be not returned.  

The complementary services like rent of hammocks (5€), floats (10€), reserved VIP spaces (45€), safety boxes (5,5€), wardrobe (5,5€) and experiences with the sea lions (47€) are not included in the entry price.

During the months of July and August there is a play zone with a cafeteria that opens from 19:00. There are elastic beds, a mini-golf area, electrical motorbikes, etc. The entry is free but you’ll be charged for each activity (mini-golf: 4€, elastic beds: 3€).
