About the place:

If you have always dreamed of having a vegetable garden, hens and barbecue in your farmhouse, you will now be able to do it. Pep and Sonia open the "doors" of their farm in Puigpelat so that you can spend a morning harvesting vegetables in the vegetable garden, walking around for the fruit trees and giving the hens wheat before finding their eggs. Remember taking some vegetables before entering into the greenhouse so you can feed the snails.

At the snails home you will discover a heap of snails of all types: big and small, with shell and without it... you will be able to touch to them, you will learn how they reproduce and where they live.

And afterwards, you can picnic or barbecue under the trees while the children run around the field.

An adventure in full nature to be a farmer for one day together with the kids.

Timetable:

Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 from the 15th of September until the 30th of June (previous booking). Closed from the 1/07 until the 14/09 and from 24/12 until 6/01.

Price:

Visit to the vegetable garden, the farm of snails (including 1 kg of snails or a box of vegetables) and right to use the picnic area: 20€/family. Visit, with gift of snails or vegetables with right to use the house and the barbecues during a full day: 50€/group.

Lunch tips:

The facilities include a picnic area with tables and WC. The small house which has an dining room, a small kitchen and a barbecue, can also be rented. In the calçotades period (previous booking), you can buy calçots that have been recently harvested.

If you want to see the farm of snails in full operation, you should visit it at the end of May, when the snails are collected.

You will be able to buy products of the territory like vegetables, snails, oil and hazelnuts.
