About the place:
In an eye blink, wheat becomes flour, olives turn into oil and grapes transform in wine at the Museum of the Rural Life of L’Espluga de Francolí . Behind the magic that leave the kids with an open mouth (and parents trying to find out how the trick works), there is a whole story.
Three little videos bring us closer to the way our grandparents made olive oil, wine and flour. And finally, the game begins when you have to recognize the machinery around you. Can you find the stones of the flour mill? And the grape press?
From floor to floor, you can learn to make preserves, will see how to make baskets, or what tools were used several years ago by the barber or the apothecary of the village. Before starting the tour, please stop by the dioramas representing trades. You'll discover how good your kids are in these things!
An interesting tour to discover customs and habits of a past life!
