What's the story:

If you like to discover the local dishes of the different Catalan regions, you have an appointment the second Sunday of March in Ulldemolins, where you can taste the omelet with 'suc'. In this village you’ll be able to attend to an omelet competition which awards the best spinaches omelet with 'suc'. This was years ago a typical Lent dish. It was a substitute of the meat that temporarily disappeared from the meals of the believers. 

At the Church Square you’ll find a market with typical local products, you’ll be able to taste the omelets and enjoy of the castellers (castles made by men) while a music band lightens the atmosphere.

A one day celebration to get to know the typical gastronomy of the Priorat.
