Tradition: Medieval Market in Mont-roig del Camp
Local celebrations and traditions

Mont-roig del Camp, Baix Camp
Suitable age:
From 4 onwards
What's the story:
If you are wondering why elves, orcs and other strange beings are in Mont-roig while strange vehicles, manufactured by the villagers, roll down the streets, the answer is simple: Mont-roig del Camp celebrates its annual Saint Michael feast. During these days the city opens its medieval market and gives the opportunity to everyone to let their imagination fly.
If you walk around the village, beware of Pulgon and Micaelo, two “nice” guys who will try to distract you and then get your wallet. Street artists will brighten the day and the snake charmer will convert the evening in a great fire show.
A proposal to get in touch with the middle ages in a distracting way!
