What's the story:

If your children's dream is to become a firefighter than you can’t miss the opportunity to take them to the Mediterranean balcony  (at the end of the Rambla Nova of Tarragona) to celebrate the 150 years anniversary of firefighters of the city. At about 10:00 on Saturday, the sirens of the entire allocation of vehicles of fire department will awaken the neighbors of the Rambla Nova. Follow them and you will be able to participate in the gymkhanas where the children can demonstrate their firefighting skills: climbing, crossing a Tibetan bridge and flying down through the tyrolean are just some of the proofs that children from 6 years on must pass in order to obtain their own firefighter card. And for youngest 2 waterlines to hit the target. At the end everyone will enjoy of a ride in one of the firefighter cars, while the mamas and papas enjoy of some chocolate in the tent next to the statue of Roger de Lluria.

An opportunity for children to become firefighters for a while!
