About the place:

If you are looking for a place where after having lunch you can enjoy of your coffee or tea while the children play, you must go to the hotel-restaurant Aire de Colldejou. Since it opened in February 2009, it offers all the amenities for families with children: high chairs, changing table, children's menu and, above all, an indoor play room with puzzles, blocks and materials for drawing.

The cooks Vicky and Mercè will prepare exquisite traditional Catalan meals. The chicken stew with mushrooms and shrimp is just great! A good representative dish of the place: mountains on one side and sea on the other. Views you can enjoy of from the 5 hotel rooms, all named as a wind.

For early risers, Air Colldejou offers a strong breakfast.

Timetable:

Thursday to Sunday from 8:00 to 24:00. Breakfast 8:00 to 12:30. Lunch from 13:00 to 15:30. Dinner 20:00 to 22:30. Closed Sunday evening and during the month of January.

If you like the place, you can stay over in one of the 5 rooms (3 twin and 2 double bedrooms). If are traveling with the kids, a tip: ask for the the larger rooms at the corners. There you can put 2 extra beds.  All rooms are very modern and have television and a bathroom with shower. The hotel also has cribs for the little ones.
