If you would like to have lunch in a charming hamlet of the Priorat, go to Poboleda. Modesto will welcome you in his hostel and restaurant Populetus, which in Latin means Poboleda. It is a small and family restaurant with a traditional Catalan cuisine. The escudella (a broth) is one of the star dishes, as well as the roasted meat. In summer you can enjoy of the interior terraces.

The restaurant does not have a car park, but it has an agreement with the camping located about 100 meters down at the Raval street, so that the customers can park for free. The Populetus also has 7 very simple double rooms for those persons who want to spend the night in the village.
