About the place:
If you go to the mountain and you are looking for an authentic hikers’ place where you can have lunch, overnight or heat up in winter, just stof at the refuge of the Mussara.
Located a few meters from the Mussara, an abandoned village, where the views on the Camp de Tarragona are impressive, you will find a picnic area.
Ignaci, Pierre, Marisa or Marius, climbing enthusiasts, will offer you some home cooked dishes. You’ll find omelettes, noodles, salads and sandwiches of all kinds.
A very casual place to recharge your batteries after the a tour.
Timetable:
Open all year on weekends and holidays from 9:00 to 23:00. Open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00.

We recommended to call before going to the refuge in case you want to have lunch or dinner.
The shelter has 54 bunks divided between 2 rooms (price: 6,5 € / night; HB: 21 € / day). There is a small camping area at the refuge (price: 4 € / person / night; use of toilets: 2,5 € / person). The people staying in tents or the shelter are entitled to use the kitchen.
The picnic area can be used for free, but you should buy your drinks at the shelter.
